This sort of system can be set up within a single day and if you have existing SAS code it could run within this environment with very little change. All we’d need to do is make a few simple modifications for it to make use of the structure. Scheduling jobs will be simple once this structure has been established. Centralising code is one thing, but if certain calculations are required repeatedly we can accomplish this with a simple macro that we’ve developed: %XFORM. |
