Role : SAS Analyst / Programmer (x 2).

Rate : £300-£350+ (Market Rates) per day. If you are interested in a permanent role please let us know as this may soon be a possibility.

Duration : 3 month initial contract with possibility to extend.

Start : ASAP.

Location : South East London / Kent.

Client : Our Client is a leading Financial Services / Insurance Organisation. The role will involve working in a team of 15/20 supporting a number of business areas.

Skills : The main requirements for this role will involve:

• Strong use of Base SAS and Macro v8 and/or v9
• Strong analytical skills
• Excel
• Ability to work in a team and by yourself following defined coding standards and models
• Good written and verbal skills

Of benefit is an understanding of:

• SAS Connect, SAS Batch
• PROC SQL and SQL Pass-through to DB2
• Unix / Mainframe
• Principles of Data Warehousing/Data Dictionaries and Development/Testing and Production environments
